Registration system
This year Resilient Cities presents a new online registration system in order to help participants select the correct fee category and complete the registration more easily. The system consists of the following steps:
- Pre-registration
- Pre-registration confirmation
- Payment
- Registration confirmation
If you are a speaker, you will be provided with a special code which will allow you to register directly (no pre-registration is required) with a reduced fee. Therefore, please wait until you receive an email with your code from the congress team before registering online.
If you are a student, please note that you will be requested to upload a scanned valid student ID when pre-registering.
If you are a young municipal leader (elected official under 35) you will be requested to upload a scan of proof confirming your affiliation with the city or municipality.
Please read carefully our Guidelines for the registration process to make your registration easy and smooth.
5 tips before you start!
- Save money: Register before 12 April 2012 and benefit from the last year's fee!
- Fee categories: Make sure you know which fee category is appropriate for you before starting the pre-registration process. In case you select the wrong fee, you won't be able to access the payment page, but will be advised to re-register again.
- Discount codes: if the Resilient Cities 2012 team provided you with a speaker or member discount code, make sure to have the code at your fingertip before starting the registration process!
- Title and organization: these fields will be used to issue your participant badge, so please make sure that you provide us with your exact title and please pay attention to spelling. Moreover, when filling out the contact details section, the first letter of all nouns should be capitalized.
Ex: Climate Change Manager and not CLIMATE CHANGE MANAGER nor climate change manager. - Credit card payments: if you wish to pay your registration fee by credit card, make sure to have it before starting the process.
